Production Leader

As a production leader, you will be part of the management team for the site and responsible for planning, leading, and reporting on the daily work in production. You report to the Site Manager and together with your production leader colleagues, you are responsible for optimizing planning.

You will also continuously work on improving workflow in the workshop as part of your accountability for the business. The position involves shift work, and as a production leader, you have personnel and work environment responsibility for your shift team, which consists of about 14 mechanics. As a production leader, you are the customer's first point of contact for incoming and ongoing work, so an important task for you is to provide good service and maintain the relationship with the customer.

Safety is highly prioritized. As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring and following up that routines and order rules are followed and for working on continuous improvements.

Your Experience

You have a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on technology. Experience working with heavy machinery is a requirement, and we would like you to have previous leadership experience. You have a high technical competence with a strong interest in people and machines. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with customers.

You are accustomed to working in MS Office and find it easy to learn new systems. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Since we work in an international environment and the service literature is in English, you need to have good knowledge of that language as well. A B driver's license is also a requirement for the position.
